DUE TO COVID-19, we've added an extra 3 working days to ALL shipping times. We will try our best to get your parcels on time or even earlier. However, delays can be expected dependent on your geographical location but will keep you updated via email and you'll be able to track your parcels online once they've been posted
IMPORTANT SHIPPING INFORMATION
For our UK customers will we use Royal Mail Signed For® 1st Class to deliver your orders. For our International customers we will use DHL Express .
Working days does NOT include Saturday and Sunday and national UK holidays.
Please be aware that hair orders cannot be changed, so it's advised that you carefully examine your order before pressing "pay". We currently do not keep hair on hand (in stock) we use the pre order method.
Any custom charges on orders placed must be paid for by the recipient. Ellemane Hair are not responsible for these charges and have no control over the costs, as customs policies and import duties vary from country to country.
Please note that if you order a wig it takes 4 working days to customise and that is not including the delivery time

PROCESS OF ORDERING
After you confirm and pay for your order, there is fraud analysis that will take 24 hours (not included in the shipping time). We have a processing period that takes 48 hours working days ( not included in the shipping time). During the processing period , we send your order details (not your personal information) to our supplier who will prep and package your order to be sent to our HQ in London, UK.
Once we receive your order at Ellemane Hair HQ we then go through an extensive quality control test to ensure that you only receive the best. Once we are satisfied, your order will be shipped and we will email you a tracking number as soon as possible.
We always aim to ship your orders as soon as possible, so at times you may receive your order earlier than the suggested shipping time.
Please be advised that shipping may take longer during times of sales, weather warnings or your location. However, we will always keep you updated via email.
ALL SALES ARE FINAL due to hygiene reasons and the nature of our products.
However, if you’ve received the wrong order or the product is faulty, you must immediately email us with evidence (pictures and videos) so that we can process an exchange. If you've received the wrong order DO NOT remove labels or continue to inspect the hair. As ALL products must be SEALED in its original packaging because we are not accepting anything that has been UNSEALED. Returned items must be unaltered, unworn and all tags and packaging must be intact.
Products can be exchanged for something of equal or lower to the value. If the value is greater or lower, we will email you the invoice for you to pay the difference so that we can start processing the exchange. And if the value is less we will send you an invoice for the difference. In the very unluckily event, that you've received the wrong order we will deliver the original order that you've paid for.
Request to exchange must be communicated within 3 working calendar days from the date of receiving the hair. Any time passed this date will not be considered.
